Luke teachingEnthiosys offers a variety of courses on agile product management. Public classes are open to all attendees; private classes are generally sponsored by a company for its product teams.

All of our instructors are seasoned practitioners: product managers and PM executives who have successfully brought dozens of products to market. Every hour is packed with real insights from the front lines of product innovation.

Overview of the Innovation Games® Customer Research Technique (2 Days)

This is a highly interactive session based on the material in Luke Hohmann’s book, Innovation Games: Creating Breakthrough Products Through Collaborative Play. Agile Product Roadmapping (1 Day)

This class helps product teams create market-driven roadmaps that guide software releases, features and benefits for different customer segments, and other aspects of the software product lifecycle. Target audience: product managers, project managers, program managers (managing several software products), senior technical leaders (chief technology officers, vice presidents or directors of engineering, software architecture). Pricing and Licensing Model Frameworks (2 Days)

This class draws on a number of hands-on exercises to explore the components of our pricing and licensing models framework. The class lets your people understand the key elements of pricing and licensing of software products, thus enabling them to make better decisions on these issues.
