Our clients are at the center of our business. Every year we hold a Customer Appreciation Day to thank our customers and let them shape us to better serve their needs. On these days, we use our own Innovation Games® customer research technique on ourselves. We get invaluable feedback for improving our consulting, training and interim management services. And have lots of fun!
