customer appreciation day

Our clients are at the center of our business. Every year we hold a Customer Appreciation Day to thank our customers and let them shape us to better serve their needs. On these days, we use our own Innovation Games® customer research technique on ourselves. We get invaluable feedback for improving our consulting, training and interim management services.For ECAD 2007, we brought more than 40 customers and partners to St. Helena for sharing, updates, advice and some excellent wine.

We also give our clients a chance to listen to stimulating outside speakers. Learn more about our 2005 event with Don Nielson, former SRI International executive and author; and our 2006 event with Jim Spohrer, director of services research at IBM’s Almaden Research Center. Our 2007 guest speaker is Todd Siler, a noted creativity and innovation consultant.
