Information Technology Magazine covers “Serious Games”
India’s Information Technology Magazine covered Innovation Games as part of a joint GlobalLogic/Enthiosys press tour of India:
Janani Gopalakrishnan blogged that ”...Games have long been used for more serious things than mere entertainment. Intel’s IT Manager Game is one of the earliest examples. A Forrester Research study has recently acknowledged that serious gaming techniques provide an alternate way to collect and analyse product requirements. Innovation Games are a series of interactive techniques for getting the customers and prospects to help in creating the products they want. They can be used for understanding customer needs, identifying product functionality, learning how customers use the products, or shaping the products for the future…
“GlobalLogic, a product development company, has now partnered with Enthiosys, and will now leverage techniques of Innovation Gaming to introduce innovation in the Product Planning and Development Processes. GlobalLogic and Enthiosys’s joint mission is to take gaming beyond entertainment and simulate competing scenarios for decision makers to apply to critical aspects of the product lifecycle, so that they can take product innovation to the market faster.”
