On December 13, 2006, Enthiosys, Inc., graduated its second class of certified Innovation Games® facilitators, who, after two days of in-depth instruction are now prepared to provide clients with a range of consulting services. Developed by Enthiosys Inc., Innovation Games are a set of proven techniques that product teams can use to engage customers to gain deeper understanding and insights that can be applied to accomplish strategic and tactical goals including:
- Discovering new product opportunities
- Eliciting and prioritizing new product requirements
- Identifying opportunities to enhance existing products and features
- Understanding how your products fit into your customers’ world
- Creating product roadmaps
- Deepening customer relationships
Supported by a Certified Innovation Games Facilitator, clients have armed themselves with a deeper level of customer understanding, to fuel innovation programs that ultimately create higher value products and services. This highly accomplished group included professionals from Toronto, Boston and Seattle, each with deep domain expertise in industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Consumer Packaged Goods and Software.
