Sept-14-07: Enthiosys Customer Appreciation Day (ECAD)

 

Our third annual Customer Appreciation Day brought together new and long-standing clients from around the world, as well as selected Enthiosys board members, partners and friends. More than 40 guests joined the firm at St. Helena’s Harvest Inn to network, share insights, and enjoy Napa Valley’s “crush” weekend. The fun included special wines from Bodegas Aguirre Winery and a tour of Long Meadow Ranch’s wine and olive oil facilities.

Todd SilerLuke Hohmann started ECAD by recapping Enthiosys growth since 2006, plans for the coming year, and our core objective of making clients self-sufficient. Then Todd Siler led the group in a creativity exercise, constructing models of how to understand and serve customers. This was based on his “Think Like a Genius” work injecting creativity into major multinationals.
