Enthiosys and Borland co-hosted a one-day workshop:

What: “The Agile Requirements Process: From Demand to Delivery and Everything In Between”When: Feb 18, 8:30AM -  4:30PM
Where: Borland Headquarters, Austin, Texas
Cost: free, but space is limited

This event is focused on how requirements are defined and managed from demand to delivery. Interactive activities will facilitate the following:

  • Identify best practices for managing and prioritizing requests
  • Ascertain best practices for breaking requests into requirements and/or stories
  • Define an effective requirements hierarchy
  • Share best practices with other Agilists to get the most value out of your Agile investments
  • Network with industry thought leaders and peers in the Agile community

Join your peers from the local Agile Software Development community for an interactive, in-depth event designed to explore best practices, issues, and opportunities in Agile Requirements. The event will be hosted at Borland’s new corporate headquarters in northwest Austin. Invitees will be a mix of those currently using Agile methodology as well as those considering it.  Luke Hohmann, Enthiosys CEO and author of Innovation Games: Creating Breakthrough Products Through Collaborative Play, has designed a highly interactive forum in which all participants can share, learn, and prepare for the future. In addition to the results of the event, all participants will receive a copy of this book.
