Attendees will leave the seminar with a basic understanding of the roadmap technique and how that map drives down into requirements gathering, prioritization and development. Although Agile in nature, roadmapping can be utilized by those who are working in non-agile environments as the technique stands alone as a differentiator in its own right.
Jason joined Enthiosys as a Senior Consultant in 2008 with over 17 years of professional experience with software companies, a telecommunications company and the Marine Corps.
