sample non-disclosure and beta agreements

sample non-disclosure agreement

You should always have standard NDAs reviewed and approved by your Legal staff, but these two samples can give you a flavor. The one way NDA is for when you are sharing confidential information but not getting information back from the other party; mutual NDAs are for reciprocal disclosures.

A side note: regardless of legal agreements, you should always be thoughtful about what you tell outsiders, particularly at the earliest stages of a company or a project.

sample beta agreement

You should always have a formal agreement with customers or partners before sharing pre-release or beta products. This is intended to protect your company from early disclosure of the product, damages if any problems arise, and generally to formalize commitments or intentions around testing, fixes and upgrades to fully released products. As above, you should review all contracts and agreements with Legal, but this sample beta agreement may be a good start to the process.
