I’m Vigilance, the superhero who…
I’m proud that Enthiosys has recently joined the Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA). I’ve been selected for a “new member” interview. They sent me a list of pretty interesting questions, which they’ll post on their web site. One of them, though, is really fun: “If you were a superhero, what super power would you possess and what would you call yourself?”
I’ve decided that I’m Vigilance, the super hero who never needs to sleep and is therefore able to identify all customer needs all of the time, and is able to therefore communicate these needs to product development teams, single-handedly improving the entire world of product development.
Of course, I want my super-power to be viral—when you work with Vigilance, you acquire his powers, and you, two, become super-human in your ability to identify and understand customer needs.
