Agile-08 Repeat Performance and Slides

The Enthiosys team just got back from the Agile conference. What an amazing conference! It was a whirlwind of activity of our company. Some of the highlights include:

  • Partnership announcements with Pragmatic Marketing and Borland
  • Crowds of people in our booth using our services to create a pair of high-tech sunglasses (think Innovation Games, roadmapping, pricing and licensing—all in two days!)
  • Being asked to give a repeat performance of my talk on “Prioritizing for Profit” on Friday, a rare and special honor (slides here Prioritizing for Profit and Backlog Prioritization Spreadsheet here)
  • Connecting with our many friends and clients in the Agile Community
  • Making new friends and learning a great deal more about some very special people
  • Laughing out loud more than once during “Uncle Bob’s” keynote
  • Awarding the “best T-Shirt” award to SolutionsIQ
  • Surviving a horrific plane flight taking the kids to Grandma’s before the conference (My daughter threw up on me in the plane, United lost our luggage, and I was sick with a stomach virus the entire flight)
  • Attended a few sessions, including one by Steve Johnson that was terrific
  • Learned that a lot of people in the Agile Community also believe that Agile Product Management is A LOT MORE than Product Ownership—a message that we’re thrilled is reaching the community
  • Celebrated one year of being on the Board of the Agile Alliance, working with an astonishingly talented and committed group of agilists who
  • Helping the Agile Alliance play some Innovation Games® within their booth to better understand your needs

It was a great conference and I hope I’ll get the chance to meet you at the next conference.
