I’m a persona!

One of my clients told me last week that I've become a persona in their development efforts (they're building a really cool tool suite of tools -- more on that as we get closer to the Agile conference). They actually say things like "Well, what would Luke want to do?" to help them prioritize their backlog and are writing user stories that say "As Luke, I want to be able to ...".

Which is really cool. Except when they "persona-fy" me in front of me. Then it is a bit funky. Like some kind of outer body experience. But still cool.

Just curious....as a persona, are you the target user of the tool suite? i.e. is it a set of tools for consultants? Or a tool set for PMs?

Congrats on being "persona-fied", but I have to ask: how much of your "back story" are they using in their personification of you?

Next the Luke action figure?

Saeed - I'm the target user of a few tools in a new suite of tools to help Agile teams be successful. PMs will be using the tools, but they are not necessarily focused solely on the needs of the PM.

JT - As long as my action figure comes with stickers -- I'm good!
